I hope everyone that is trying to get outta the city got out OK for whatever vacation they are off to.
Is it just me or have the news media in Toronto gone nuts. SnowAgeddon?????????????
10 to 15 centemetres is the end of the world? Come on people get real, no wonder the rest of the nation thinks we are a bunch of idiots. Are we going to call the Army again
I am 39 and remember winter was just like this every year when I was a kid living in Scarberia. The snow was so much my friends and I use to make snow forts on the boulevard in front of our houses because of all the the snow at the end of the driveway. Since 1999 we have had it easy around here. Everyone seemed to have a snow blower because you needed one then.
If people would learn the limitations of their vehicle we could all get where we need to go in a timely fashion. Yes you the guy with the cool Honda Civic slammed to the ground with those winter tires on. What part of ground clearance don't you understand, winter tires only go so far you goof, when your car is 4 inches off the ground what makes you think it will go through a windrow 18'' tall from the plow?????????????? It must be those tires, I have them on I can go anywhere, to bad they didn't sell you brains with those things. Sorry for laughing so hard as I went around you
in my 4x4 pick-up. That's why the G5 is staying in the driveway till the roads are clear.
Sorry about the rant, I just wish all the people who are scared to death of driving in this stuff would stay home till it is over.
