Hi everyone, we have been to US twice, pre Harry Potter. We are planning a trip again April 1st-8 next year(Easter Week). Is this traditionally a busy week at US?

YES....one of the busiest times of the year!!!
If you are going, stay on site to get express access and early entry to the parks.

I can't tell you for sure. As an ex-pat I just wanted to say that in the US there isn't any "bank holiday" off for Easter and schools aren't typically all off for the Easter holidays.

You may hit some crowds as there will be schools and colleges who will have their spring break that happens to be that week.

I hope others can give you more information.

Actually...in the US just about all public schools are closed either the week before or the week after Easter for spring break. At the very least they are closed Good Friday and Easter Monday, but usually it's for a longer time than that.
IT WILL BE VERY CROWDED AT THE PARKS!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info, actually theres going to be a change of plans, I was planning on converting 2 airmiles flights from Toronto to Orlando, but I can't use them after their original issue date which was February. So we will have to book from this fall sometime to next February. We were in Orlando in October 2 years ago and it was beautiful, we may end up choosing that time again.

So here is the latest, thinking of travelling Nov 1 or so, returning a week later. Coming from Canada I am sure we'll find it nice and warm, is it still nice for the water parks? We have been to Orlando in October and it was really hot, and in Dec when it was nice but not overly hot. Would early November be in between? We are waiting until then because we want to take in a nba game.
