Traveling with a 14 mth old

Any suggestions on traveling with a 14 month old and 6 year old?
I am more concerned about the baby. Do I purchase an airline seat for him? Does he need a car seat on the plane?

The last time we traveled via plane was to WDW and my 6 year old was 3 years old

I am all set I think, for being there (strollers, clothes, food, etc) its the getting there I am concerned about!

Haven't travelled with children myself....yet! But we have a Disney for families board. You will definately get some answers there.
