Help!!! I need advice. I am traveling with my family (there will be 10 adults and 3 kids 9 mon, 18 mon, and 2 yrs) and this is the first time that we have traveled with the babies. What should we expect? What should we bring? What is the best plan while we are at WDW? We are staying at Ft Wilderness in 2 cabins, but we have no clue past that. Any advise that you can give will help us out.

Well, the adult/kid ratio is quite nice, so you should be fine! :goodvibes Just expect the unexpected - be loose with your plans, realize that many times you won't be together, take breaks! No commando style for this trip, LOL!

Figure out the average number of diapers, baby food and formula you use in a day, and then double it. Do you normally use a baby carrier or a stroller--bring it. Does the baby sleep with parents or in a pac-n-play--bring it.

Seriously, I think everything should be fine considering how many adults you have to help with each child. And I wouldn't overplan at this point. Decide what parks you want to visit each day and make some ADR's. But if a couple of babies are cranky, then be prepared to skip the 10:30 Philharmagic show. If they won't take an afternoon nap in a stroller, be prepared to take them back to the cabin for a nap. If you're the parent, don't hesitate to take up any offers from the other adults to watch the kiddo and give you a break. And if you aren't the parent--volunteer to give them a break!

I was at DW with a 2yo and a 1yo--while 7 months pregnant with my twins. I went with no expectations except to walk around the park and enjoy the views. When we did get on a ride or into a show, it was like icing on the cake. And we had a wonderful time!

We did it with just the 2 parents. We look back on it all the time. Actually we talked about that trip tonight at dinner. We had some photos laying around.

The key to our trip was no plans and just go with the flow. We had a double stroller which was a MUST. Ensure you have enough of the essentials. Most of all, have fun.
