Traveling While Both Blind And Deaf.

I am planning to host some tourists who are both blind and deaf but mentally very sharp and perfectly capable of understanding that they are on the road, etc. Is there anyone here who travels with family members who are both blind and deaf? What sorts of things do they enjoy while on vacation? I would prefer to do activities that do not remind my guests of what they cannot do but focus heavily on their remaining senses.
