Years ago, I and another adult drove a van load of teens straight through from Chattanooga to WDW. We made it in somewhere between 10 and 12 hours and did not kill or maim any of them although there were times when the thought seriously crossed our minds.
If it is just the two of you, the kind of trip Momma Bear and I make now, it is very doable. 2 drivers makes the trip so much easier but 1 can do it with properly times breaks.
