Traveling from Dolphin to World of Sports

Has anybody commuted between the Dolphin and Wide World of Sports? I'd be interested in how efficient the transportation is, and about how long it takes to get back and forth by bus. Thanks!

The only Disney busses that go to WWOS are from MGM and run approx every 30 minutes. The ride itself is about 10 minutes.

The busses stop running to WWOS at 7:00 PM or 8:00PM, so if you miss the last bus, it is taxi time.

I called WOS and was told this: buses run from MGM to WOS often, from 8am up until 8pm (I think) . They also run a bus to DTD.

This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the Dolphin. We are going for cheerleading (yes, my step-daughters will be the DREADED cheerleaders staying at ALL-Stars in Feb.), and the convenience to MGM to get the bus made sense. DH was afraid to be to far away and possibly miss something. Knowing him we'll be up early and ready to go, and he'll be worrying that we'll miss a bus and INSIST we take the taxi!!

Taxi from Dolphin to WOS approx $15 one way.

The buses run from the Disney-MGM Studios to Wide World of Sports starting at 8:00am. They run every 24 minutes from bus stop #4. Please double check with the sign on the bus, as #4 is often also used for drop offs.

From the Wide World of Sports, there is only one bus, and that bus is back to the Disney-MGM Studios. Last bus will be around 8:00pm.

There is NO bus to/from Downtown Disney to either the Studios, or to WWoS.

I was happy to have booked the Dolphin before (because of the education rate) but now I am really, really happy!!!!!! Thanks for the info!
