traveler's checks for tickets at gate

Can you use traveler's check to purchase tickets at the gate (disney and universal)? We will be coming in June and staying off site.

I have paid the ticket in the gate, restaurants, and stores inside the parks with Traveler Checks with no problem.

I've never had a problem using travller's checks anywhere in the Orlando area

I don't trust myself with credit cards!
