Travel times from CBM to parks?

Were splitting our stay between CBM(1st time offsite) and Dolphin so we've decided to rent a car, another 1st, mostly for the CBM leg of the trip. I'm wondering how much time I should allow to drive to each park early morning and late afternoon? And any other driving tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the acronym CBM..could you eleaborate?

CBM is right at Downtown Disney so it's not far to any of the parks. Of course Epcot and MGM are closest (5-10 minutes) or AK or MK would probably be 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

It takes hardly any time at all to get to the parks. You are right by DTD and since they finished the road construction in that area you can zip right through on your way to the parks.
