Travel Time From MCO?

Our flight is scheduled to land at MCO at 4:00 PM on a Saturday. Does anyone have any idea on about how long it takes to get luggage, get rental car, (Alamo), and drive to the Disney area?

I'd allow about 1.5+- hours total to get to the WDW area based on what you have to do.

Times vary, but it usually takes me about 60-90 minutes from gate to resort.

If luggage takes longer to come out, or if there is a line at the Alamo counter, that will stretch it. If everything goes smoothly (no lines, no traffic, etc), I have done it in under 60 minutes, but rarely.
