We are leaving for WDW in about two weeks and need to purchase emergency medical insurance. Since we take a few trips to the states to visit my DH's family (also would like to do a Disney cruise in Jan) I think it would be wise to purchase a type of insurance that would cover several trips rather than just one. I'm sure I read a thread a few months ago about an insurance that covers you for a years worth of travel?
Anyone know anything about this? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
We use the one from TD Canada Trust, Annually around $118 for a family of 4, each trip can be 17 days, any longer and they charge a little bit extra for every day.
1800 coverme isn't too bad either.
Found out today that the insurance wont cover you though if it was a condition that you knew about even if you aren't the one who is ill
Thanks everyone. Just checked out TD and it seems that we need to be TD customers (we are Royal customers--from what I've checked out they don't have an annual plan) to purchase insurance. Is this the case?? Thanks again.
Travelwell 30
It's good for trips (Multiple) up to 30 days in duration. It's $82 for our family of 4 yearly. RBC also offer and annual medical plan now too.

Hi DutchsMommy,
just wanted you to be aware about the cancellation insurance. Only $2000.00 per GROUP, and you can't add on extra $$$. So I'm still looking for somewhere to buy insurance for cancellation. They have great coverage for medical thou.
