I had purchased travel insurance with Travel Guard through Costco for my August 2020 cruise which was canceled. I was able to easily transfer my insurance to my new 2021 cruise.
If you have insurance with Travel Guard, you should be able to request a change by going to travelguard.com, select “Help Center”. At the bottom there is a link “Modify Your Policy”. You only need to enter your information in the top section and the “Change in Travel Dates” section. I was also told to to enter in the “Additional Comments” section that I was only changing the dates for a canceled cruise.
I’m not sure what the policy is if you did not reschedule your cruise and took a refund.
Hopefully others will have success with modifying their policies.
