Has anyone ever used the Small World Travel Agency that Mousesavers recommends? If so, how was your experience with them and did they get you good discounts and were they helpful? thanks in advance for your cooperation...

I did. The agency is called Mouse Ear Vacations and their cruises are handled by The Cruising Co. Etc. Our agent was Tim Larison. Very quick responses to many requests and quotes. I must have asked for prices on 6 different itineraries. Great service.

I feel that he did give us a good deal. Haven't seen anything better yet. There weren't any onboard credits but the price we paid was approx. $2400 for me, DH, and DS (6 yrs old) for the April 17th 7-day Eastern Cruise.

Also, they waive their change/cancellation fee if you rebook something else through them.

They are not the same agency as Mouse Ears Vacations or the Crusing Co (they are fantastic) . I did not use Small World for a cruise but recently, we tried to plan a last minute trip to WDW (3 weeks out) and their response to our inquiry was:

"This is just a quick email to let you know we have received your travel information.
We are sorry but, there is not enough time for us to assist you with your Disney World vacation arrangements.
Wish we had better news to share with you... maybe next time... until then..."

Sorry - I'll take my money elsewhere!
