Travel Agencies for Booking Cruises

Can anyone tell me about their experiences with Cruise.com agency for booking Disney cruises?

I have used Cruise.com twice, including for our upcoming cruise on the Disney Magic. Their customer service has been wonderful, and we saved about $200 over booking with DCL. Our agent is Amy Morse and I would highly recommend her. She has always gotten back with me right away, either by phone or email. We are considering booking another cruise while onboard the Magic, but will probably have it transferred to cruise.com when we get back.
