We have reservations for Trattoria and are planning to "upgrade" to the WOC Package. Do you get to pick which show you want or do they assign it? If they assign it does it depend on your dining time; for example you have to eat lunch to get first show and dinner to get second show? First time to DL for this WDW family and my hyperplanner side is feeling quite lost!

You pick, but it’s first come, first served, so if you want the first show you’ll have a better chance the earlier you eat. If you want the second show, (or you don’t care), it probably doesn’t matter.

The WOC dining page has suggested dining times for first show/second show at Storytellers, but doesn’t say anything about Trattoria.

Do these "sell out"..? I have a 6pm reservation on the 28th, so it will be a new version of the show and perhaps more popular due to that. We were hoping to get a package, but I'm not sure if all the passes will already be handed out by then. We'd be fine with the later show.

We had 5:40 reservations last weekend and they were still available when we dined. We didn’t end up needing it as I got us into the virtual queue at noon. We even arrived a little later than I wanted to to line up but the boardwalk was wide open even throughout the show. They say its the “splash zone” but unless there are crazy winds I have never gotten misted. Dinner was my back-up in case I didn’t get into the virtual queue so I’m glad I did!

I can echo that the queue was super easy to use and wide open, both this last Sunday and Wednesday.

You could have gotten the spray area even in the middle of the show, both nights. We stood there Sunday and against Little Mermaid on Wednesday. Both were great, but the water spot was way better for the kids. My eight year old was in my shoulders a Little Mermaid.

Whatever you do, enjoy!

Thanks! I wouldn’t be sweating it at all if it weren’t the “new” show for the hundredth…! I assume given that and that it is a Friday night things will be more packed. I hope I’m wrong. Maybe locals won’t go out to see it right away?
