I have to say, we didn't love it either. Maybe it would have been better if we ordered for the kids off the menu instead of the buffet, their food was particularly bad. They had fries in a giant steamer, completely soggy and one pizza that was never replinished b/c it wasn't very good. (Maybe it was good originally but had already been under the heat lamp for awhile when we got to it.) Did not see any new kid food brought out and we were there a while hanging out. There was no need to, they were giant bins of food but with it being a slow night, maybe it was just too much food out at once. Chicken fingers had also been there quite awhile and coating was mushy from the steam. The adult buffet was good although a little smaller than I expected but if I ever went back, I would order from the menu. We also had slow service even though it was almost empty; slow season, around 6pm. We were looking around for water refills and my 7 year old pointed out the waiters were all over there talking to one another. Two characters came out at seperate times and they were good with the kids. The adult desserts were good as well. Maybe because it was at a slow time, there wasn't much available at the meat carving station and it was easy for it to dry out waiting to get used. These are just my opinions about a Fri night visit in January.
