I haven't really seen much on the boards for this restaurant, so I thought that I would add a quick suggestion for anyone that is staying at the Epcot resort area (or elsewhere and don't mind the drive) and are looking for somewhere to have a nice, freshly made, breakfast to give Trattoria al Forno a shot.

We eat here, twice (it was that good), in the last week.

I had the pancakes with season fruit (which happened to be raspberries) and white chocolate both times. Heavenly is about as close as I can come to describing this dish. My wife had that the first time and then tried the waffles with Espresso-Mascarpone Cream (she loved both). Our DD9, who HATES Mickey Waffles, had, and really enjoyed, the child pancakes. We all shared the breakfast potatoes as well. Everything was excellent.

My wife and I also got the Italian Ice Coffee... WOW, by far the best coffee drink we had during our entire trip (hrm... that might appear to be damning with faint praise but it is not meant as such). The second time we actually ordered a second to go.

I really can't do this place justice, as such I will turn it over to someone who can (My apologies if this is against the policy of the board): Trattoria al Forno Review

Yep. We loved it as Kouzzina and they have kept the breakfast offerings similar. Waffles and the egg sandwich sliders were good. I'd recommend ordering the sliders over hard unless you like your eggs runny, though! Also, the press pot coffee is awesome! One of our favorite breakfasts for sure!

We've had breakfast there once. IMHO, It was adequate. Not outstanding, but adequate.

I liked the egg sliders too. Looked kind of small but with three they were filling. The waffles and pancakes sound good but I usually prefer more protein with breakfast but I'll see how I feel this December. May go with the sliders again. I do miss the Stacked Breakfast that Kouzzina had with the artichoke spread but the sliders might become my new favourite.

We also had breakfast there twice last year. Both times I had the waffles and LOVED them. I do miss the blueberry/granola pancakes that Kouzzina (and before that, Spoodles) had, but the waffles are a good replacement. We're staying at BWV again this year, so we'll probably end up there for breakfast at least once.

Thanks guys! We are staying at YC for the first time and had booked an early breakfast ADR there.
