I am going to Universal in May and staying at the RPH. I usually rent a car but was thinking I would not this time. Any recommendations of what company to use for transportation to and from the Orlando Airport. I am also planning to go to Disney for 1 day. Is there a rental car on site at this hotel?

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Hertz is there, but I think a lot of people just take a cab. I've used Tiffany car service and Happy Limo. They were both great..no problems, but I prefer Happy because I could use my credit card and Tiffany doesn't accept credit cards...well, at least when I used them they didn't :confused3 !

We just returned from a stay at the RPH and used Sunray. I haven't poseted the minimum numbers of posts at this forum to be allowed to add their email address but put 3 "w"s in front of sunraytransportation and you'll get it. Our "limo" was an exceptionally clean Cadillac Escalade. The driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalators to the baggage carousal area with our name on a sign. He was right on time for the pickup back to the airport. My only suggestion is to bump up the pickup time to give yourself more time when you get to the airport. We got to the airport 1 1/2 hour before our flight left Wednesday morning. There were only 2 security lines open and it took us an hour to check our bags and go through security.

Use Sunray. I've used several different services over the years and I will definitely use Sunray from now on... no switching anymore for me!

We used Murray Hill last year for WDW and are using them again this year for RPR. www.transportation2disney.com. $80 round trip from airport to Universal. Also, checked on transfer from RPR to Disney Quest and was told it is $50 RT. Anyone know of any better way to Disney Quest? We were very pleased with their services and rates are good. Plus they have extras on their site like free booster seat, grocery stop, picture at entrance, etc. ALso, other things you can rent if necessary like strollers, refrig, etc.
