I know this question has been asked a million times, however when I did a search-- nothing came back as a match! So, I will ask.

We will fly to MCO Saturday AM for our cruise (Sunday, 4/18/04). We do not want to rent a car and have it sit in paid parking for 4 days.

- How much would it be to hire a car from MCO to a hotel near the port?

-Are there shuttles from MCO to hotels near the port?

-Is there a shuttle from the port to WDW that we could use?

we will be staying at WDW for 4 days after the cruise.

Thanks...any information would be helpful:)

Don't have an answer for you, just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your avator!

I just called Tiffany Towncar last night to get a price quote. We'll also have 3 "legs" of our trip. MCO to the Radisson at the Port, (then taking the Radisson's free shuttle the next morning to the ship), then the Port to WDW, then WDW back to MCO. I was quoted a price of $245. for their large van. We have 2 DSs that will both be teenagers by next summer, and I know us and all of our luggage would never fit into a regular towncar. We've used them twice before and had their stretch limo. We had excellent service both times which is why we're using them again next time. The price for the limo for the above trip would be $385. You have to add a tip to both prices.

Hope this helps!

Why not rent a car? Pick it up at MCO, drive it to Cape Canaveral (both Avis and Budget have locations there), take their shuttle to the port. Have them pick you up after the cruise and rent a car again at their office to drive to WDW or MCO. With various discounts, you can get a compact car for under $35 for one day. We are doing this before and after our cruise, much cheaper than any car service and you can stop all you want for supplies, etc.

Check out AAA or Costco/BJ's rates at Avis, they are the lowest.:earsgirl:

We typically get a hotel room near MCO via Priceline for $25 to $28 (if you bid the highest star level, it's almost always the Marriott). They have a free shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Then we have Happy Limo pick us up in the morning to take us to the port. Works out great!
