Transportation to Paradise Island for wheelchair users

We'll be going on the 4 Day Wonder in Feb. 2004 with a friend who uses a large power wheelchair. He was able to get around OK in Nassau this past Feb., but we would to be able to take him to Paradise Island this time. Do they have any wheelchair accessible bus or van transportation available? Thanks

We did not find any accessible vans on our trip in 1998 to Nassau but did find one in St Thomas in 2000.

I hope things have improved and transportation is ready to take you ! Will be interested in comments from recent travelers.
