Transportation to Hotel from Airport

A friend and I are planning a trip to Universal Orlando. We are going to stay at one of the on-site hotels, although we're not sure which one yet. What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotel? There are going to be two of us, and we are both adults. Thank you to anyone who can help.

Out of what you can take
( taxi-star shuttle- private car service - rental car ,) I prefer private car service

Less time consuming to let someone handle your luggage and drop you off quickly at your hotel
Some companies provide a free grocery stop along the way
