Transportation to Disney springs from a theme park?

hi, I know it's not possible to go from Disney springs to a theme park, but wondering if you can go to Disney springs on a bus direct from a park - thinking about having dinner at DS and don't really want to go to back to SSR First? Is this doable? If it is. Do buses to ds start running from the parks to Ds at a certain time or is it all day. Many thanks for your help.
