First time going - What are my options?

We want to fly into Orlando, stay offsite & do Universal for a few days (never been with daughter) and then go on a Disney Cruise.

Suggestions, recommendations, options - anything please!:)

If you plan to rent a car to go to your off-site hotel and Universal, just rent a car from the airport that has a drop-off location in Cape Canaveral (Budget, Avis, Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar) and drive yourselves to the port.

We have done it all, drove our own car, rented a car, stayed at a Hotel near the Port, used DCL transportation, and got a Limo. By far the Limo is our choice, and it is cheaper for four of us to take the Limo than to use DCL transportation. I think Sunshine Limo is what we use.
