Transportation to Dialysis at Fresenius in Clermont-Suggestions

Good morning, guys!

My son's friend will need dialysis on Tuesday & Thursday of their trip & had treatment set up at Fresnius Center in Clermont instead of the closer center in/around Celebration. They're staying at Boardwalk (it says it's 11 miles away).
She has to be there by 5:45 am & I'm hoping someone can tell us from experience the best way to get there. Obvs. there's Uber/Lyfft, but sometimes that venue isn't completely reliable.
Is there a taxi service that any of you have used that you can recommend? Something that's available to schedule ahead of time maybe?

Easiest way to price out is to put addresses in the lyft/uber app. Do it for a Tues/Thur in the morning.
You can also connect MEARS taxis by phone to price out taxis.

There may be a toll to factor in.

And yeah, I'm thinking perhaps MEARS taxi is the way to go - for reliability sake.

You can schedule Uber and Lyft in advance.

Allow at least an extra 15 minutes. Possibility your driver is a no show...I think bell services can get you a taxi. I suggest taxi going. Ride share back if you want to save a few dollars

Bell services, yeah - duh - forgot about that, thanks. And that sounds like the best idea. Taxi there, Uber/Lyft to come back.

Uber and Lyft are no problem near Disney. It might be harder coming back, but I guess you care less about timing there.

I would be nervous of ride share availability at that early hour, and the importance of being on time for the appointment. I’d probably schedule a ride with Mears at least to get there.

Yeah - I jumped on Mears taxi & it says you can schedule ahead of time so I guess that's what they'll do. $30 to go 11 miles!!! Oh well, gas being what it is...Rideshare on the way back should work.

I've left for the airport that early without issue. You can also schedule Uber/Lyft. I'd book Mears the first day and see how long the wait is, as if you are trying to book a Lyft. I bet it will be surprising.

Just updating to let you know that Uber was used at that early hour (and return) with no problem at all. It's actually what the front desk suggested, too.
