Transportation to and from Amtrac Station from MCO

What is the most cost effective way to travel from MCO to the Orlando or Kissimmee Amtrak stations?

I know someone will have the answer.

we usually take the traindown to the orlando station. we have used the taxi a few times , the last few summers there seems to be more of like mears shuttle bus , so we usually take that. last summer there was 5 of us , so they could only fit 2 other people inthe van. so we stopped at their hotel 1st. wasnt really out of the way, it took a few xtra min. i want to say it cost us around 35 - 40ish 1 way,plus tip. but my dh doesnt want to drive when we are on vacation so we take the cab or van. oh yeah we usually stay at the all stars.
