Hi everyone!

I’m planning a trip to Disneyland California in March and will be purchasing a Southern California CityPass to make the most of my trip. I’m planning not to rent a car. Are there any hotels near Disneyland that offers free or cheap shuttles to all the CityPass’s destinations (Universal, SeaWorld, etc)? I’m sure this question has been asked many times but I just can’t seem to find a specific thread about it. I don’t even know if I should post this question in the California theme parks section! :rolleyes1

Thanks!! :)

You will probably get better answers over on the Disneyland section of the Dis.

I stayed at Best Western Park Place Inn, right across from DL. They had a nice continental breakfast for us every morning or if you wanted you could go downstairs to the restaurant and get a hot meal. My niece and I just walked across the street to DL each day.

I didn't go to any of the other theme parks so I don't know if they offered any shuttles.

As far as I know, the hotels don't offer free or cheap shuttles to other theme parks. What is your budget? Some hotels may have brochures of Grayline buses that would take you to those other attractions. Keep in mind you have to pay a per person fee, and if you are there with a family, the cost adds up pretty quickly and you may as well rent a car. Years ago, we did the math and decided that renting the car was simpler and cheaper to get us around. However, you should definitely visit the Disneyland board to get more feedback.

Also, if you plan on going to Seaworld in San Diego, you may want to plan a couple of nights in San Diego. It's about 1.5 hours from Anaheim (traffic time to get there), and makes for a really long day if you plan on just a day trip.

I don't think any hotels in DL offer free ride to these places. Universal Studio is about 1 hour away from DL. Sea World and Zoo are in San Diego which is 2 hours away from DL.
I stayed in Best Western Seven Seas in San Diego in X'mas. They offer free shuttle to Seaworld, may be Zoo too.

Thanks everyone for your replies. :) They are helpful in terms of giving me an idea on how far the destinations are away from each other relatively. I think I'll look up Grayline and other local shuttle sites to see what they have to offer!
