Transportation POR to Yacht club for ADR

First time staying at Disney with no car onsite. Trying to plan our ADR for our fall trip and would like to do Yachtsman for dinner one night. What is the best way to get there from POR for a party of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids)?

I know that HS and Epcot are close, but you don't want to go there directly from a day at the park.

Depends on your definition of best.

Quickest - Uber or Lyft as @rwdavis2 mentioned

Cheapest - bus from POR to HS then boat to YC or Skyliner to International Gateway

You can take the DHS bus from POR. Then take the resort boat to YC or walk. It is approximately a 20 minute walk from DHS to YC. You could also take the Skyliner to the International Gateway if you want a fun ride.
