Transportation options for deluxe extra evening hours to a non-deluxe hotel

There are buses to all the resorts on the late nights. Depending on the park the load zones change so be sure to look for the audience control cast members and double check for your load zone.

No. Disney will not strand a guest. You may have to wait a little but they will have a bus return you to a resort if you come out of the park.

Not during the EMH for deluxe resorts only.

If you stay in the parks late and walk out to the bus load zones, a Disney bus will take you to your resort. Disney will not strand you.

If you can get to Disney Springs you can get a bus to most resorts. DS used to be open till 2 or 3. If you can walk to a resort you can get a bus to DS. I’ve actually done this after a late night at another resort. Boardwalk and actually Grand Floridian too.

Other than that I’d do an Uber.

No, they won't have busses to the non-deluxe resorts. Your best option is probably walking or taking a bus to the closest deluxe and taking an Uber/Lyft/cab from there.

If you try to get a ride on Disney Transportation to the deluxe late night from any resort other than a deluxe, you will be told no. If you come out of the park after the late night has started, you will get a Disney bus to take you to your resort no matter how late.
