Transportation issues once in Orlando..plz help!

We have WL reservations for Sun., but will now arrive on Sat nt. Can I stay at an airport hotel and then come back to the airport Sunday and catch the MagExpress buses?
Also, arriving at the resort so early Sunday, will they let me check in (not to get into my room yet, but to hold my luggage and have dining plan and park tickets?)

You can stay the night at an airport hotel. Holiday Inn Express, Sheraton, Amerisuites, Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn, just to name a few and go back to pick up the DME back to WDW. They will check your luggage in at WL and stow it for you while you head to the parks.

The hotels listed also have free shuttles back and forth to the airport.

I could be wrong but if you do that plan, I probably wouldn't put your DME luggage tags on so that you can get your luggage at the airport. Take the tags with you and put them on at your airport hotel.

You do not use the yellow tags. You bring the luggage to and then from the airport hotel yourself, to the Magical Express welcoming area, have it loaded on the bus, and after tipping the driver and getting the luggage back at WL, the bellhops there will check your luggage in ... while you get your park tickets early that morning right there if you had booked a package vacation.

The only outstanding question then is about the dining plan. Will I get something that will allow me to start using that too?
