Transportation help needed from the airport for my daughter

What is the best reliable safe transportation from the airport to Aulani for my daughter who does not want to drive? I would like to get her there safely and economically if those two are possible. She will also need transportation to the community college for a test that she needs to take. Any transportation information you can give me would be greatly appreciated and would make me much more comfortable since she will be traveling alone. Thank you in advance for your help.
