Transportation from Swan to MK

The Swan does have busses that run directly to the MK TTC, so you can get to the MK without a PH.

They aren't busy but I found they do not run very often. We found it easier to walk to YC or BWI and get the bus from there.

Yes, YC and BWI are next door to Swan/Dolphin - you can walk or use an ECV to get to either resort. You can also take a Friendship boat to either resort from the Swan/Dolphin boat dock.

Just remember, the buses can only take 2, maybe 3 on a very few occasions, so you may wait a while
It's not likely to be a lot faster

Just be aware the buses from the Swan/Dolphin are no longer WDW Transportation buses. At one time they were coach style buses, but that may have changed. The drop-off/pick-up at MK will be at the TTC with other offsite resort transportation rather at the WDW resort bus stops.

You would also need an EPCOT park reservation and wouldn't be allowed to enter the MK prior to 2p

Not really a good or viable option
