Transportation from Royal Plaza Hotel

Does anyone know about the transportation from the Royal Plaza Hotel. We booked a reservation using Mousesavers.com discounted rate.

Does anyone know about the Park transportation to and from this location? I heard that it does not take you to the main gate now after I already booked the reservation. I'm a little disappointed this info was not included in Mousesavers.com prior to me booking.

I heard it only takes you to the Ticket Center. How far is that away from the gate? and can anyone confirm this? I tried calling the Hotel however the person said I needed to call back on Monday.

Plus I am now seeing alot of mixed reviews for the Hotel at other sites, I am just a little concerned. I can not cancel the one night because they have the one night rule payment if you cancel...

Hi! I replied to your other post, too. If you are talking about transportation to the Magic Kingdom, the bus will take you to the Ticket and Transportation Center. Then you will either board the ferry boat or the monorail to get to the Magic Kingdom.

As far as the hotel itself, it is very nice. While it is not themed like the Disney resorts, it is upscale. I don't think you should be concerned. DH & I recently spent two weekends there. We have never stayed at anything but the Disney resorts so it was a new venture for us, as well.
