Transportation from Riviera to mco

If our flight leaves at 5pm on departure day, how soon do we get picked up? Trying to reserve brunch reservations and want to make sure we are good for time.

How long are you willing to wait at the airport gate?
Do you have precheck?
Do you have to check luggage?
Anyone in your party with mobility issues?

All of those factor in to the time.

I like walking through MCO doors two hours before my flight. That assumes checked luggage. It's about 30-45 (depending on resort) from WDW to MCO.

That’s what I was estimating 2-21/2 hours at most. Not everyone has precheck, no mobility issues (knock on wood!!) everyone will have a check in. I think we’re gonna go with private transportation. Every-time we used mears they wanted to pick us up 3 hours beforehand!

Three hours before is not unreasonable. Assume they're going to stop at at least one other resort to pick people up, and the busses won't go as fast as a vehicle.

There is no way I would chance getting picked up from my Disney resort two hours before the flight, even 2:30 would be my drop dead minimum, probably 2:45. What's traffic doing? How long is the check in line? How long is the security line?

Of course, I personally don't mind sitting at the gate, even for an hour or more. I'd rather wait for an hour than show up a minute after the close the doors.
