Transportation From Pop Century To The Port Of Tampa

WE(DH & ME) WILL BE FLYING INTO ORLANDO ON MARCH 17TH AND STAYING AT POP UNTIL THE 23 THEN WE WILL NEED TO GET TO TAMPA FOR OUR CRUISE ON CARNIVAL LEAVING ON THE 25TH AND THEN FLYING HOME FROM TAMPA ON APRIL 1ST. TWO QUESTIONS ON OUR RETURN HOW DO WE GET FROM THE PORT OF TAMPA TO THE AIRPORT FOR OUR RETURN HOME AND HOW DO WE GET FROM POP TO THE PORT OF TAMPA FOR OUR CRUISE AND MAYBE A FEW NIGHTS STAY IN TAMPA. OUR APS EXPIRE ON THE 22ND AND DEPENDING MAY OR MAY NOT STAY UNTIL THE CRUISE AT POP

I am not familar with the port of Tampa, but have you checked to see if there are any car rental places at the port? If so, then I would suggest renting 2 cars one way. Rent 1 car from Disney to the port and the second car from the port to the airport. I used this method when I took my WD cruise out of Cape Canaveral.

Rent a car at the Dolphin. That's what we did when we were at POP last spring. It was really easy....we did the paperwork during our 'Epcot day' then returned that evening at park closing to pick the car up. Very easy drive to POP....a left, a left, a right, a left and you're home. Then, it's really easy to pick up the highway to Tampa....that's where we went also.
I can't give you too much info as to how to get from the port to the airport in Tampa since we just had to go to the airport after our family visit. There must be some kind of shuttle/taxi service though.
