Transportation from Disneyland to Sea World?

We plan to go to Sea World for a day when we come to CA on our vacation in November. I thought I had transporation figured out, but I think I messed up. When I was originally researching our trip I saw that they had a bus tour that will take you to Sea World and back for an all day trip. But when Sea World came out with their $5 kids tickets I went ahead and ordered ours. I didn't realize that the bus tour included tickets in their price. Now I have to figure out plan B. My husband REALLY doesn't want to drive, so car rental is our last ditch option. Anyone know of any other reasonably priced options?

I see on Grayline's website that they have some transportation only options. It may be worth a call to see if they would have a Seaworld only option. We have used them for all our Universal/Seaworld trips and have been very happy with them.

Amtrak runs buses from the San Diego station to Sea World and back. Use station codes ANA (for Anaheim) and SDS (for San Diego plus the bus to Sea World). Not sure how the fare compares with the Grayline bus-all-the-way option.
