Transportation from a villa to airport

We may need transportation for 2 members of our group from the villa we've rented to the airport. I'm thinking that the cheapest may be Mears, but they wouldn't pick up from the house, right? I'm thinking that we could take them to the Animal Kingdom Lodge with their luggage and have them meet Mears there. Would this work? Would Disney (Animal Kingdom Lodge) have a problem with this? We'd just take them a little early and plan on having them wait in the lobby. The house is located behind Splendid China so I was thinking that the AKL would be the closest Disney resort where they might enjoy looking around a bit for the short time they'd be waiting.

Mears also picks up at offsite hotels. Call them up or check their website. They have pickups in many of the villa properties. If they won't pick you up in your villa they will at a VERY NEAR hotel.
