Transportation for Bridesmaids/Groomsmen

I am working on my room block and trying to figure out where we should stay for the week. One factor for deciding where we stay would be how convenient it would be for the bridesmaids to get ready and take pictures with me and the groomsmen with my fiance. We are all coming from New Jersey, so I doubt that anyone will be renting a car. I'm assuming that if I stay at GF or Contemporary they could go to MK and then take the monorail or if I stay at BW they could go to Epcot and then walk over? Or should I just have the limo pick them up and bring them to us? What did you all do? Thanks!

you could do "one way" 8 passenger vans. They are only like $25 each. thats what we did last week because we wanted pics at boardwalk but bridal party was all staying at coronado. so we took vans to boardwalk.

That's a whole lotta hoofin' while wearing (or carrying) formal clothes for the bridal party. And if they take Disney transportation to Epcot to try to get to the BoardWalk, they will have to use a day's worth of admission on their tickets to walk through Epcot and exit the International Gateway so they can walk to BoardWalk Inn. They would do better to catch a bus to DHS and then hop a boat to BoardWalk Inn - but they should plan on at least an hour for transportation time.

I like the suggestion of 8-passenger vans. You could also look into town cars or a limo - your planner can help you figure out what's the cheapest method. A "one-way" trip can actually have 2 stops, so if they are staying in just one or two resorts, that would be much more convenient.
