Transportation between parks

We will be staying off site the week after Christmas at Summer Bay. Although Summer Bay has transportation to all of the Disney parks, the times are limited. I was hoping to take their 7:30am shuttle that goes to Epcot each morning and then take a bus from Epcot to whichever park we plan on going to.

Has anyonen ever done this? Do the buses go from park to park that early in the morning? I really don't want to go from Epcot to the TTC to Animal Kingdom (for example) because it will take me over an hour just to get where I want.

Wondering if I am better off getting a taxi...except that there are 7 people in my party and we've tried the taxi thing before and it was a nightmare. Not many taxi vans and they never wanted to come get us and we ended up waiting forever for them.

Any suggestions?

yes and yes. With you staying of site, your goal is to get to disney transportation. whether you choose to go park free some place (they are out there), or drive to a park. Once you are in the disney system, you can go anywhere you want for free.

You can go park to park without having to go to TTC. it will depend on the hours of the park to decide how early.

We find our way to a hotel, then spread out from there. (no, i dont park all day at a hotel)

To add to this if you get in a pinch and need to uber every time i have used it in orlando it was very fast and very reasonable
