Hi all! Looking for some advice from you experts.

So we just booked our Disney trip for Feb 2019: 4-day Bahamian cruise (our first cruise ever!) and a 7-night stay at BLT. However, we couldn't get a villa at BLT right after our cruise, so we have one night in between -- our plan is to stay at Universal's Hard Rock and spend two days at the parks there. Additionally, we are also planning to arrive in Orlando one or two nights before our cruise's departure date (not sure where we will be staying yet).

So basically, we need transportation as follows:
  • From MCO to our (undetermined) hotel
  • From our hotel to the cruise
  • From the cruise to the Hard Rock
  • From the Hard Rock to WDW
  • From WDW to MCO <== This will be covered by Disney's Magical Express.
Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to cover the transportation for each segment? We will be a total of seven people (four adults and three children). All of our past trips to WDW were straight to WDW from MCO via DME, so I don't really know what the best options are. I'm guessing 2-3 cabs (for all seven of us)?

Thanks in advance!

We used FL tours. They were awesome we were even able to get a stop in on the way and they had a booster seat for our DD

I’d book a hotel pre cruise in Cocoa Beach. This way you’ll be close to cruise port. Can tour KSC the day before. And it’s always nice to be on the beach.
We have used Quicksilver, got towncar but I think they also have vans, when we transferred from Universal resort to WDW. They were very good. I’d use them from MCO to Cocoa Beach too. And to Universal.

Thanks very much for the suggestions! FL Tours seems fairly reasonable (probably around $500 all in). I'll also have a look at Quicksilver. The KSC tour sounds like a great idea!

You can look at Go Port Canaveral for a hotel/transfers option, it will get you to the hotel and then the port, and back to the airport if you choose to do that and then go to the Hard Rock. They have hotel choices in Orlando or Cape Canaveral area. There is also Florida Sunshine Shuttles, or Cocoa Beach Shuttle (not sure where they will pick up/drop off but they do serve the Disney area so see if they do Universal as well).
