Transport to SeaWorld

Has anyone used the transportation to Seaworld that you can book through a disneyland package? We aren't going until December 2018 or Jan 2019 so we haven't booked anything. Just curious what that transportation is and how it works.

Never been to either Disneyland or Seaworld.

I've not seen a disney sponsored package that includes transportation to SeaWorld. Various travel agencies do. Is this somewhere on Disneyland's website?

I would much prefer renting a car and driving. If SeaWorld is open late till 8pm-10pm then I'd also plan on spending the night in San Diego rather than driving back late and tired. Most bus services I've seen leave you with limited time at SeaWorld. Renting a car allows you to set your own schedule. Often MUCH cheaper too.
