Transport to/from airport to WDW resort ?

FYI: I booked Mears Connect for round trip standard service for an upcoming trip in January 2022. I received the confirmation e-mail, which already printed the pick-up time at my resort.

How much earlier is it than your departure time? Still the 3 hrs?

Yes, it is still approximately three hours (flight leaves at 7:15 and pick-up is 4:00 pm) before my flight. But, I cannot justify the extra expense for the Express service for this solo trip.
