Transport Options: PO Riverside to Universal Cabana Bay

We'll be doing three days at WDW, staying at Riverside. Switching to Cabana Bay at Universal for the rest of the trip. Our last day is at AK, so we'll need to get a transport around 8pm from Riverside.

What are some good options? I've looked at UberXL. My concern being they max out at 5. Will they have space for all of our luggage? Is there a limo/Sprinter service you would recommend? Anything else I'm not thinking of?

Mears taxi. Those drivers know where they are going. They have booster seats and you can request scooter and wheelchair friendly taxis.

There are plenty of reputable limo companies in the area. FL Tours (sponsor of this subforum), Mears, Ace, Happy Limo come to mind.

Oops. There are 5 of us plus the typical weeks worth of luggage.

You'll need an Uber XL or bigger (probably bigger). It was about $45 for Uber XL for three people plus five pieces of luggage (3 large, 2 carryon) from Grand Floridian to Portofino Bay last week, including tip.

If you are able to schedule a time to leave, try Mears Transportation. It was about $50-60 (including tip) for their luxury SUV (or van) and it can hold five passengers. We would have gone that route but didn't know what time we wanted to leave Grand Floridian, as we wanted to monorail hop that morning. You need to schedule it at least six hours before you want to leave, as I recall.

Due to your large party size plus luggage, I would recommend booking a Mears van.
