transport from port to Universal and Universl to WDW

Can someone please help me with this. We'll be doing a disney cruise in between our wdw theme park days and then spending the last two days at Universal. Now I'm toying with the idea of stopping by Unversal first before returning to WDW and I'll have to redo our transport arrangements.How should I transfer from the port to Universal? I do not want to drive ,so am thinking of a shuttle or something on that line. Would a cab be terribly expensive? And how much would it cost from Universal to WDW if I were to go by cab? Please help.Thanks.
