Good evening everyone, who has stayed at a Disney Springs area hotel (Hilton Palace), and moved to the Swan/Dolphin midway through their trip? We’ll have all our luggage and a 3 year old and 6 month old, just looking for some success stories lol. I’d just do Uber, but they only have one car seat in the Uber Car Seat (if one is available at all). I also don’t know if Minnie Vans will be back and if they’d even pick up at the Hilton.

Thanks!

Did u try a private mears transfer for a quote?
Lots of people here on the boards use a private car service for airport service. perhaps he does hotel transfers? Sorry I don’t recall the gentleman’s name but hopefully someone will jump in to help
Have a great visit n safe travels!

Do you have more than one adult in your group?

One person takes the kids to the Swan via bus from Disney Springs. I think the Swan has a bus, but you could also use the Boardwalk or Beach Club bus from Disney Springs.

Meanwhile, another person takes an Uber with all the luggage from the Hilton to the Swan.

Another option is you all go to the parks. Later in the afternoon, one member of our group returns to the Hilton and takes the luggage to the Swan while the kids and rest of the party stay.

After luggage duty is over, you can return to the parks. This would be very easy if you are visiting Epcot or Hollywood Studios.

With either option you can leave the luggage with bell check at the Hilton so it will be ready to go for the person on luggage duty.
