Transferring points

We have one contract at OKW with Sept. use year. We are buying a resale at OKW with Feb. use year. We have res. at BWV end of Dec. The Feb. use year contract has points that were not banked and must be used by Feb. 2003. Can we use the points from our Feb. use year for our Dec. res. and save the points from our Sept. use year.

Only if there is a room available so you can book a new reservation and cancel the old one. If there is a waiting list they will not let you simply substitute the points. If there are enough points in question, you could use the one time double secret banking option. That way you could bank the points anyway. Good luck.

Since they are all OKW points (and all owned by the same members), they may allow a reallocation of points. If they were different resorts, any on the wait list should be considered before allowing points from another resort, but in the case of same owner/same resort, the situation doesn't involve any misallocation of home resort points.

It sure can't hurt to ask.
