transferred points used before my UY?

I have a Sept. UY. I will be short points in 2012, and will have borrowed all of my Sept. 2012 points for a big trip. If I get a 2012 points transfer from someone who has a June UY, can I use those points for an Aug. 2012 trip? I don't want to add-on, as I only need the points for that big trip. thanks, Elaine

Yes. Transferred points retain their original characteristics, so they will continue to have the same UY and home resort after they are transferred to your account.
