I had 210 points transferred into my account about a year ago and I have had 3 vacations since then. I canceled one night at vero beach which equals 14 points and I am pretty sure I kept track of my points I should have had 17 with that cancelation I had 3 prior to the cancelation so I called DVC and they told me that the system corrected itself when I canceled the vero beach reservation and I should have still 3 points. I called back and was told I was right after a manager looked into it for 30 minutes then called back again and said that I should have 3 they sent me a statement that doesnt make sense I gave it to my mechanical engineer wife and it makes no sense to her either. Should I just say oh well and forget the 14 points? any suggestions?
