I contacted Beenz Customer Support after I was unable to transfer beenz to my rewardzcard--even though I had enough beenz to do the transfer. I was expecting a "canned" response, but I got an email including the following information:
"At this time, we have been notified that management is reassessing the rewardzcard program and the program has been temporarily suspended.
If you already have a rewardzcard, you can still spend the remaining balance of your card and obtain current balance information online at www.beenz.com.
Although the transfer button is still on our site, it has been deactivated.
We regret the inconvenience that this temporary suspension of the rewardzcard program may have caused. As an alternative means of using your
remaining beenz, let us suggest that you check out our partner points.com!"
So this means you can't put them on your card anymore! They can be spent thru the spend sites, but that's about it. For those that are looking to get D$, you might want to contact beenzdragon (I have no personal experience, but Kandice posts directly on this board & seems very nice). I opted to transfer my rewardzcard balance to my WC card for a $1.00 fee. At least I know I can spend it now-especially since I have been unable to get my beenz card to work at TDS for weeks now!
