Transfer Question

After much debate and thought we have decided to fly into MCO a day early. We are flying in early evening and are taking the DME. We have decided to stay on Disney property the first night at ASMu in one of their new suites.The CM on the phone told me they can help transfer our luggage from ASMu to the Beach Club the next morning. Does anyone know the procedure on this? Do they transfer people as well as the luggage? Costs?

Just call to have your luggage picked up from your room at All-Star Music when you are ready to leave for the day, with instructions where its going, and Disney will send your bags over to the Beach Club. There's no charge.

Disney doesn't need to transfer people - they can transfer themselves.

Easiest way: bus from Music to Studios, then boat to the Beach Club. But even better, just head off to the theme park or other destination of your choice, and later that afternoon or early evening when you're ready, just 'return' to the Beach Club instead of the All-Star Resorts.

We did exactly this on our last trip, we were instructed at check-in to call
bell services the night before transfer and tell them where we were transfering to, they told us to leave all the bags next to the window together and asked how many total bags there were. On the morning of transfer we went off to Epcot since check-in is not until 3 or 4 in the afternoon, so in the
mid-afternoon we walked thru international gateway to epcot and checked in and called bell services and it took 5 minutes to get our bags and then bag out we headed. It is a very easy process. Have a magical trip.
