Transfer of Luggage from Wonder to OKW

Ok, here it goes. My family is going on our first DVC vacation this coming Sunday (March 5th). We are starting out on the Wonder on Sunday and then heading to OKW on Thursday. We have rented a car to get from the cruise port to OKW. My question is this and can anyone answer it? We have rented a car in Cape Canaveral and was wondering if there is any way that we can have our luggage transferred via Disney transportation from the cruiseport to OKW.
